Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a stable panel of healthcare doctors and engaging them in market research studies.

You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, follow up to maximize participation, and handle inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site position in Madrid with a diverse, dynamic team. English knowledge is required for trainings and internal communications.

Qualifications

• French native language required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience with multinational corporations is advantageous.
• Additional tasks include documentation, mailings and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels and arguments.
