You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and conduct follow-up to maximize participation while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctors' engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates by using different communication channels and arguments.
