Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive fluent in English and French to drive new business in Spain. You will own the mid-market segment, identify high-potential prospects, and guide them through the full sales cycle with a solution-oriented approach.

With a track record in fast-paced fintech environments, you will collaborate with Product Sales Executives to tailor plans, expand usage, and help Revolut Business grow across the region.

Formación

• 1+ years in Sales or Business Development.
• 3+ years as Account Executive handling the full sales cycle.
• Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, ideally fintech.
• Excellent relationship-building with multiple high-level decision makers (C-suite).
• Clear communication of product capabilities to meet large customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers based on key indicators (annual turnover, employees, industry, etc.).
• Conducting Discovery and Qualification to assess customer needs during sign-up, while providing support and guidance.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell, ensuring a robust product feedback loop.
