Revolut in Spain seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive (French speaker) to identify and convert mid-market prospects, matching them to the best plan based on needs and driving adoption of features. You will engage with high-level decision-makers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize usage and revenue.

The role requires fluency in English and French, plus proven sales experience in fast-paced fintech environments.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years as an Account Executive managing full sales cycle.
• A track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Solid prospecting skills to generate leads and identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new mid-market customers and identifying high-potential accounts.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts based on turnover, employees, nature of the business, industry, etc.
• Conducting discovery and qualification to assess customer needs during sign-up and provide guidance.
