Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (French speaker) based in Spain to drive new business and expand usage of Revolut Business. You will identify high-potential mid-market customers and guide them through discovery, qualification, and onboarding, leveraging our product suite to match plans to their needs.

You will collaborate with Product Sales Executives, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with senior decision makers.

Formación

Fluent in English and French is required.
1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing full sales cycle.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals in medium-to-long sales cycles.
Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
Experience in fast-paced fintech environments is preferred.
Excellent relationship-building skills with senior decision makers.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product and Support.

Responsabilidades

Activate new customers in the mid-market segment.
Prospect mid-market accounts and identify high-potential customers based on indicators.
Conduct Discovery and Qualification during sign-up to assess needs and guide the process.
Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell where appropriate.
