Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Growth Representative to drive lead conversion and partner engagement across SMB segments. You will qualify opportunities, engage potential customers and accelerate the sales process with proactive outreach and data-driven strategies.

Collaborate with channel managers and sales teams to develop plans, manage CRM, and ensure smooth handovers to inside sales. Fluency in French and English is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to qualify opportunities and convert leads.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
