Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist for an on-site position in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide expert assistance to French-speaking users, helping them understand metrics and resolve device issues in a health-tech context.

Required are native or fluent French and strong English, with a willingness to relocate. This role offers fully paid relocation, training, health insurance, and a signing bonus as part of a competitive package.
