Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients by phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role offers a fully paid relocation package, fully paid training, comprehensive health insurance, a one-time €1,500 signing bonus, and a monthly performance bonus.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and internal communication.

• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role or related BPO field is highly regarded.
