Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Polish-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will assist Polish-speaking users with Fitbit devices, troubleshoot issues, and promote healthy wearable use.

The role includes on-site work in Sofia, full training, relocation support, and a signing bonus. English proficiency and strong communication are essential; EU passport required.
