• Native or fluent French language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client engagement.
• Proven problem-solving mindset with a customer-service focus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria and relocate if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level assistance to French-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services team.
• Analyze client issues to deliver accurate, efficient technical or service solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of communication reflecting Mercier Consultancy Group’s premium quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and improve experience.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system per industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on trends and tools in the sector.
• Contribute to team targets by maintaining high performance metrics and quality scores.
