Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking clients by phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced, international environment.
The role offers a fully paid relocation package, fully paid training, comprehensive health insurance, a one-time €1,500 signing bonus, and a monthly performance bonus.
Formación
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and internal communication.
- Prior experience in Customer Support Services or related BPO is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Represent international brands within Customer Support Services with professional communication.
- Troubleshoot inquiries and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed case documentation in the internal database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on service protocols and industry best practices.
