Qualifications

• Business fluent French and English.
• 3+ years' Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and growth.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience with value-based customer success methodologies is highly desirable.
