Trust in SODA is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the French-speaking market, available in London or Madrid with a hybrid model.

This commercially focused CS role emphasizes renewals, upsell, and delivering measurable value. You will work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize customer outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• Business fluent French and English.
• 3+ years' Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and growth.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience with value-based customer success methodologies is highly desirable.

We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to hire a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the French-speaking market.

This is a commercially focused Customer Success role, ideal for someone who enjoys building senior stakeholder relationships, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.
