Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a diverse, dynamic team. You will recruit doctors into a panel and foster ongoing engagement, updating records and supporting participants throughout questionnaires.

You will call doctors to invite them to market research studies, follow up to maximize participation, and ensure adherence to target rates across your assigned pool, using multiple communication channels.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills expected.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels.
