Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your main focus will be to build up a solid pool of doctors into a panel and engage them to participate regularly in market research studies.

You will establish trust with participants during recruitment and follow-ups, and keep healthcare professional information updated. You will call doctors to invite them to studies, maintain engagement, and follow up to maximize participation.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation to create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates by using various communication channels and arguments.
