Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Production Hub. Your role is to build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies and engage them to participate regularly in surveys.

You will establish trust with participants, keep healthcare professional data updated, and assist with questions. The team values diversity, inclusion and professional communication across calls and emails.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
