Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid office. You will recruit doctors, invite them to participate in studies, and conduct follow-up calls to maximize engagement.

You will maintain up-to-date healthcare professional records and assist with queries, ensuring smooth participation and data quality. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
