Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a talented recruiter to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit, engage, and follow up with healthcare professionals to ensure active participation.

The role requires a native French speaker with strong English, excellent communication, and meticulous organizational skills to support multinational teams and diverse projects.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
