Job summary

IQVIA, Madrid Production Hub, is seeking French-native professionals to recruit doctors and maintain engagement for market research studies. You will call doctors, invite them to participate in studies, and follow up to maximize response rates.

The ideal candidate will be a native French speaker with good English, excellent communication, strong organization, and analytical skills. Prior multinational experience is a plus, with tasks including translations and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
