Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-native professionals to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid hub. You will build trust with healthcare professionals, maintain updated records, and support panel participation while handling inquiries.

The ideal candidate brings native French, strong English, exceptional communication, and meticulous organizational skills. Experience with multinational companies is a plus, with duties spanning documentation, translations, and outreach.

Qualifications

French native speaker required (FR)
Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
Analytical skills
Experience in multi-national corporations is an advantage
Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
