Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a dedicated recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at the Madrid Production Hub. You will engage healthcare professionals, invite them to participate, and manage follow-up conversations to ensure high completion rates.

Your role requires French native proficiency, strong English skills, and meticulous organizational capabilities to support cross-functional teams and multiple studies.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned doctors using different communication channels and arguments.
