Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a recruiter to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them regularly, and maintain updated profiles while assisting with queries.

Fluent French and good English are required, along with strong organization and communication skills. You will call and invite doctors to join studies, perform follow-ups to maximize response rates, and manage documentation and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations may be required

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates with your assigned pool using multiple communication channels.
