Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-native professionals to recruit doctors for our Madrid Production Hub panel and to engage them in market research studies. You will establish trustful relationships, maintain up-to-date healthcare professional records, and assist with queries as they arise.

The role requires fluent French and good English, strong attention to detail, and professional telephone/email communication in a diverse multinational environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills are desirable.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Other tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates amongst the assigned pool of doctors using diverse communication channels.
