Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a panel recruitment team. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and maintain engagement across the panel in a dynamic, diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• French native required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
