Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-speaking recruiters to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a stable pool of doctors for market research studies, recruiting and engaging panelists, and maintaining updated healthcare professional information.

You will work in a diverse, international environment with global training and support. Successful candidates will have native French, good English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
