Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them regularly, and manage follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion while updating records and addressing queries.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.

• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
