Job summary

You will manage participation, track responses, and update participant records while collaborating with a multinational team to ensure strong participation rates and accurate data collection across studies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; strong English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Clear and professional communication by phone and email.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and build engagement for market research studies.
• Call doctors to invite them to join the panel and participate regularly.
• Follow up with panelists to maximize participation and update statuses.
• Ensure participation targets by using multiple channels and compelling arguments.
