Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to build a stable panel of doctors for market research at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage participants, manage follow-ups, and answer queries to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

You will contact doctors via calls and emails, aiming for high participation and accurate, up-to-date records in a diverse, multinational team environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear and professional communication by telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset; experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to achieve maximum participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple communication channels and arguments.
