Concentrix in Benalmádena (Hybrid) seeks a Sales Development Representative who speaks French and English to champion Microsoft Cloud solutions and drive the sales cycle. You will nurture client relationships, set up the path to purchase, and collaborate with cloud specialists to close deals.

You’ll thrive with 2–3+ years of sales experience, at least 1 year in IT, and familiarity with Azure/Office 365/Dynamics 365. Enjoy a modern Málaga office and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
• Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; main contact for Microsoft’s customers, guiding strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success.
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to fulfill their needs with cloud technologies.
• Secure customer wins for Microsoft Cloud: maximize up-sell and cross-sell with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
• Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
