Concentrix is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Portuguese-speaking) in a hybrid role based in Benalmádena, Spain. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding SMBs in adopting our cloud solutions and driving revenue growth.

You will nurture client relationships, leverage CRM systems, and collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The company supports training and a full-time Spanish contract in a dynamic, inclusive

Formación

• Portuguese-speaking with English fluency.
• 1–2 years IT sales or account management experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and nurturing a portfolio of clients.
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify opportunities to fulfill SMB needs and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it as the Voice of the Customer.
