Concentrix Spain NWE Services, S.L.U. seeks a Renewal Specialist (Dutch-speaking) in Malaga with a hybrid work model. You will drive the renewals process, cultivate relationships, and identify upsell opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, fluency in Dutch and strong English, and a passion for cloud technologies. A base salary and bonus package, plus training, awaits the right candidate.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient in Dutch with advanced English.
• 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and interest in cloud tech.
• Knowledge of IT industry and ability to learn products quickly.
• Ability to tailor pitches to customer needs and close renewals.
• Experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact during renewals, building trust for long-term relations.
• Turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue by applying BANT criteria.
• Engage with SMBs to identify needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand current Microsoft licenses and promote cloud solutions.
• Coordinate with PCM/TCM/CE to ensure renewals close on time.
