Concentrix in Benalmádena, Spain, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Portuguese-speaking) to drive early-stage engagement for cloud solutions in a hybrid work setup.

You will act as the first contact, qualify opportunities, guide customers toward cloud technologies, and collaborate with sales and partners to grow revenue.

The role requires 1–2 years IT sales experience, Portuguese and English fluency, and experience with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

• 1–2 years IT sales experience or sales account management
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Fluency in Portuguese and English and willingness to learn

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression
• Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfil SMB needs of cloud solutions
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell
• Capture customer feedback and relay it as the Voice of the customer
