Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our client’s team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle queries from French-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat, delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• English proficiency for internal communication.
• On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria with EU passport or work permit.
• Experience in customer support is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for French-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate support.
