Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join its Bulgaria-based team. The role requires relocation to Sofia and on-site work, with responsibilities spanning end-to-end delivery inquiries, coordinating with warehouses and carriers, and monitoring shipment status to resolve bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, hold an EU passport, and bring strong logistics interest or experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Proven experience or strong interest in Logistics & Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
• Monitor real-time shipment tracking and provide accurate updates and proactive solutions.
• Maintain high service standards by addressing complex logistics claims.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
