Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Sofia-based team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering excellent service for our premium clients.

The role requires native Arabic, strong English, and a willingness to relocate to Bulgaria. Training is provided, and a competitive monthly salary is offered in line with experience.

Formación

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) required.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in Customer Support Services preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• EU passport or right to reside/work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Resolve complex inquiries with precision and empathy, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Represent our premium clients by upholding their brand values and service excellence protocols.
• Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or process-related challenges.
• Meet and exceed performance indicators tailored to individual and team targets.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices in Customer Support Services.
