You will document all interactions in the CRM, collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues, and contribute to process improvements while aiming to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and work on-site in Sofia.

• Deliver premium-level support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
