Flourish, based in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to generate opportunities across French-speaking markets. The role offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE and a clear path to Account Executive positions within an international European team.

You'll research companies, identify decision makers, and qualify prospects using phone, email and LinkedIn while collaborating with Marketing to grow the pipeline.

Formación

• Fluent French and English required.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with businesses across French-speaking markets.
• Research companies and identify key decision makers.
• Generate new opportunities using phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline.
• Develop world‑class sales, communication and prospecting skills.
