Flourish in Madrid, Spain is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to grow the pipeline across French-speaking markets. This role offers a base salary with an OTE and a clear path toward Account Executive roles within an international team.

You will learn quickly, earn commission and collaborate with colleagues across Europe while developing essential sales and prospecting skills in a dynamic tech environment.

• Speak with businesses across French-speaking markets.
• Research companies and identify key decision makers.
• Generate new opportunities using phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions.
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline.
• Develop world-class sales, communication and prospecting skills.
