Flourish in Madrid is seeking a French Speaking Business Development Representative to join our European sales team. You will build pipeline across French-speaking markets and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

Base salary €40,000 with €15,000 OTE and clear path toward Account Executive roles in an international environment. This role offers coaching from experienced leaders and ongoing development in a fast-growing technology company.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with businesses across French-speaking markets
• Research companies and identify key decision makers
• Generate new opportunities using phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
• Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline
• Develop world-class sales, communication and prospecting skills
