Job summary

Qualifications

• VET in Electronics, Electrical Systems, Mechatronics or related technical field.
• Experience in after-sales, technical support, or repair roles is preferred.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims and after-sales service requests from customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance regarding Hayward products and solutions.
• Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback on product quality and service performance.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate repair and replacement processes, including stock availability planning and follow-up until completion.
• Work closely with Logistics and other internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer cases.
• Monitor and report key after-sales KPIs and service metrics.
• Identify recurring technical issues and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hayward products and industry developments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Care function.
