IQVIA in Madrid is looking for a French-speaking recruiter to build and manage a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies. You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and maintain relationships for ongoing participation.

You will call and follow up with panelists, manage documentation, and coordinate with multinational teams across trainings and internal communications. This is a full-time role in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Formación

• Fluent/Native in French is required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and data handling abilities.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates using multiple channels and arguments.
