Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a motivated French-speaking recruitment specialist to build a stable panel of doctors for market research studies. You will engage healthcare professionals, invite them to participate and manage follow-ups to ensure high response rates, maintaining updated records and providing support as questions arise.

Qualifications

• Fluent command of French required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical abilities essential.
• Experience with multinational corporations is advantageous.
• Some translation duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
