Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native recruiter to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and follow up to maximise participation while maintaining up-to-date records and addressing queries.

You will work in a diverse, international environment at our Madrid Production Hub, communicating in French and English and coordinating with teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
