Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build a strong panel of doctors for market research studies in Madrid. You will engage doctors, invite them to participate, and maintain ongoing communications to ensure high response rates.

The role requires French native proficiency, good English, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position at our Madrid Production Hub with a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
