Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a Madrid-based role to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, engage, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals while coordinating follow-ups and inquiries.

The position requires a French native speaker with strong English, detail orientation, and excellent communication. Multinational experience is an advantage; the role is based at our Madrid Production Hub.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and experience with multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation to build engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned doctors using multiple communication channels.
