IQVIA is seeking a French-native recruiter to build and maintain a panel of healthcare professionals for market research studies in Madrid. You will recruit doctors, maintain engagement, and manage follow-up conversations to ensure high participation rates.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications in a diverse multinational environment.

Qualificações

• French native speaker required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels
