Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, maintain engagement, and ensure regular participation, while updating records and supporting inquiries with a professional, confident approach.

You will contact healthcare professionals via phone and email, coordinate follow-ups, and work within a diverse, multinational team to meet study goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
