Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our Production Hub. Your mission is to recruit doctors into a panel and maintain engagement through follow-up conversations about questionnaire status.

You will build trust with Healthcare Professionals, invite them to market research studies, and support them with queries while ensuring accurate records and smooth communication in a diverse, multinational team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Madrid office.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different channels and arguments.
