Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Barcelona (WTC) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support sales and quote activities for an international team. You will coordinate order processing and service contract activations, interfacing with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and drive timely responses.

The role requires strong English and French language skills, with Spanish a plus, and proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing/service, business support or administrative position.
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish would be a plus.
• A university degree or equivalent would be considered a plus, but is not required.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
• Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and support pre-/post-sales functions.
• Liaising between customers and internal groups such as sales, service delivery and collections.
• Managing end-to-end customer experience per company processes and compliance requirements.
• Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.
• Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures.
