Factorial Campus is hiring a Founding Account Executive to lead the Spanish market. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from discovery to close, as we validate our playbook and build the foundation for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Full-cycle sales—from prospecting to closing.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure in a startup.
• Fluency in Spanish; professional English required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing customers.
• Create pipeline using inbound, outbound, partnerships and other channels.
• Test ICP, messaging, and qualification criteria in real conversations.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for teams.
• Sell through value and demonstrate AI education impact.
